Ethics Channel is the tool made available to our students, employees, suppliers and business partners in order to assist in the communication of possible violations of our Code of Conduct, applicable laws, policies, norms or situations in which the values and ethical principles defended by the Nexus are being violated.<\/p><p>The main pillars of operation of this Channel are the confidentiality of the information reported, of the reporters, the receipt of the reports by an independent company, the investigation carried out by an independent area and our commitment of non-retaliation to those who record any event that harms the Nexus&#039; conduct and that needs to be better analyzed under what circumstances the facts took place.<\/p><p>Certain of our deep connection with our audience, the Nexus reinforces the responsibility of each individual to raise questions or concerns that eventually come to their attention, in order to allow us to keep our Institution&#039;s reputation intact as always.<\/p><p>If you suspect or become aware of acts that represent violations such as those mentioned above, it is more than desirable to report it Ethics Channel and the Ombudsman have different purposes.<\/p><p>While the Ethics Channel exists for the purpose of addressing issues that may compromise business transparency and integrity (fraud of any nature, favoritism, harassment, human rights violations, among others), the Ombudsman is the means through which the Nexus captures and handles compliments, complaints or suggestions about academic and administrative aspects involving our
